What changes in the classroom

Three moments from LEARNERS classrooms. Same students. Same AI. One rule: the child thinks first.

Learn · AI as Tutor · TEACH

28 students. 8 didn’t know what a numerator was.

Before

One fractions lesson. Six students had it. Eight were lost, and Mdm Farhana couldn’t be in two places at once.

What changed

She set an AI tutor to question before it explained, and chose who went to it.

After

The tutor did the repeating and bought her eight minutes with the students who needed her most. The judgement stayed hers.

Articulate · AI as Student · ECHO

He didn’t know the answer. So he explained it to AI.

Before

Hamzah was stuck, and wanted the answer handed to him.

What changed

Instead of asking AI, he had to teach it what he did know, with AI playing the student.

After

Explaining it out loud showed him the gap: ‘I think I left something out.’ He found it himself.

Reflect · AI as Coach · MIRROR

A perfect speech. An unexamined thought.

Before

Priya, Primary 5, wrote a confident speech about giving up seats to the elderly. Correct and structured, and never once about the man himself.

What changed

AI asked her one question: what do you actually know about him?

After

‘I didn’t actually think about him, cher.’ Her certainty had hidden the person she was writing about.

What school leaders say

“

I expected another generic ‘use AI responsibly’ checklist. Instead it showed me exactly which pillar we were weakest in. It wasn’t the one I thought.

Miss Sitti Aishah Yusof

“

Ten minutes, and I had a clearer picture of where we stood than after three staff meetings about our ‘AI strategy’.

Mr Ali Azhah
School leader, Jordan

“

The scoring made it obvious we’d been treating this as one person’s job instead of something the whole school needed to own.

“
I really enjoyed the workshop and found it both insightful and practical. The facilitator created a reflective environment where we were encouraged to think deeply about the challenges schools face regarding AI implementation and use. I especially appreciated learning about the key components of an effective AI policy and understanding how a clear framework can guide strong AI leadership within schools. The session was engaging, relevant, and provided valuable strategies that I can apply in my professional practice.

I appreciate the awareness I gained from this session. I will definitely be pushing for us to have more structure in our school, starting with assigning a Lead and forming a Committee.
