Most schools treat curriculum, leadership, AI and culture as four separate problems. They aren’t. A curriculum decision touches assessment. An AI policy touches trust. A wellbeing gap shows up as a staffing crisis six months later.
Education Intelligence treats them as one system, because that’s how they behave.
Why I started Education Intelligence
For 18 years I worked inside Singapore’s education system: in the classroom, leading English departments, then writing the curriculum at the Ministry of Education. When AI arrived in schools, I watched leaders come under pressure to decide fast, often without the time or curriculum thinking to decide well. The tools were moving faster than anyone’s answer to a simple question: what should children still think through for themselves?
I founded Education Intelligence in 2026 to help leaders answer that question with care, one school at a time. And because thinking starts long before school, I also develop thinking kits and resources for school leaders, educators and parents.
I work across four areas, curriculum, leadership, AI and culture, as one connected system.
