Who we are
Education Intelligence is run by Rosvinder Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202603019K), Singapore. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
- AI Readiness Audit: your first name, email address, role, institution type, school or organisation, your answers and your score.
- Free course: the reflections you submit, so we can email them back to you and issue your certificate.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you tick the newsletter box or sign up for it.
- Webinars and enquiries: the details you enter when you register for a webinar, request a resource or send an enquiry.
- Bookings: calls are booked through Calendly, which processes your booking details under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To send your audit results and the resources you asked for: your report, the Excel template, the LEARNERS AI Framework and, three days later, an invitation to the free course.
- To send related follow-up about your audit, and confirmations and reminders for any webinar you register for.
- To send the newsletter, only if you opted in.
- To reply to your enquiries and bookings.
- To understand AI readiness across schools, using anonymised and aggregated audit scores only. No individual or school is ever identified.
Your consent
Every form on this site asks for your consent before you submit it. The newsletter box is always optional and never ticked for you. We never sell or rent your information, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Unsubscribing
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. One click stops all emails from us, across the audit follow-up, webinar reminders and the newsletter. You can also email
rosvinder@rosvinder.com at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email
rosvinder@rosvinder.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Storage and third parties
Your information is stored on our secure website hosting and kept only as long as it is useful for the purposes above. Services we rely on include Calendly (bookings), YouTube (embedded videos, in privacy-enhanced mode) and our email delivery provider.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work. If we add analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, we will ask for your permission first, and you can decline.
