Step 0 · Free AI Readiness Audit

You’re not the only one without a plan.

Ask any school leader about their AI policy and you’ll hear one of three answers: “we’re working on it”, “we don’t really have one”, or silence. This audit shows where the gaps actually are, across the Five Pillars of AI Leadership.

How scoring works

Five pillars. Scored out of 20.

Two questions per pillar, worth up to 2 points each (Yes = 2, Maybe = 1, No = 0). Every pillar is scored out of 4.

Pillar 01

Shape the Vision

Does your school have an AI vision staff can actually name?

Pillar 02

Build the Culture

Have staff had real training, and are there named AI Champions?

Pillar 03

ILLuminate Risks

Have privacy, safeguarding and academic integrity been addressed?

Pillar 04

Embed Across Curriculum

Has curriculum been redesigned for an AI-present world?

Pillar 05

Sustain and Scale

Would this work survive if the current AI lead left tomorrow?
4/4 · Strong: genuinely in place
2–3/4 · Priority: worth focused attention
0–1/4 · Urgent priority: start here

Pillar 05 · Sustain and Scale

Who is your AI Lead in school, and why?

Most schools hand AI to whoever is most enthusiastic, or to a policy document. Rosvinder explains why neither is leadership, and what a named AI Lead actually does.

From a real workshop

“My director doesn’t want to embrace AI.”

That’s a real line from a real leader, and it’s not unusual. Many schools have one or two leaders on board while the rest of the team is unsure, unconvinced, or hasn’t been given a reason to care yet. That gap is what stalls a 2027 plan before it starts. The Audit Workshop closes it in one room.

On the Audit Workshop

What leaders do after the session.
“
I appreciate the awareness I gained from this session. I will definitely be pushing for us to have more structure in our school, starting with assigning a Lead and forming a Committee.

How I work

AI is one part of the picture.

AI decisions touch curriculum, leadership and culture. I work on all four as one system.
01

Curriculum Intelligence

The design, sequencing and integrity of what is taught and how learning is assessed.
In practice: curriculum audits, redesign and assessment across Singapore, India, Bangkok and the UAE so far.
02

Leadership Intelligence

Leading complex change without losing staff trust.
In practice: the Leadership in the Loop programme, self-paced modules and certification.
03

Artificial Intelligence

Responsible, pedagogically sound AI, with learner thinking at the centre.
In practice: the LEARNERS AI Framework, the Five Pillars of AI Leadership and the Audit Workshop.
04

Culture Intelligence

Staff and student wellbeing, and trust with parents, boards and community.
In practice: staff wellbeing initiatives and stakeholder trust-building.

Curriculum transformation

Curriculum change that reaches the classroom.

Most curriculum change stops at the document. I stay with leaders and teachers until it shows up in lessons, in assessment and in how students think.
1

Diagnose

Audit what is taught, what is assessed and what is really happening in classrooms.
2

Redesign

Curriculum maps, literacy and assessment that build thinking, with a clear place for AI.
3

Pilot

Test with a few classes and refine from real lessons.
4

Embed

Train teachers, name owners and review every term.

“

I expected another generic ‘use AI responsibly’ checklist. Instead it showed me exactly which pillar we were weakest in. It wasn’t the one I thought.
Miss Sitti Aishah Yusof
Subject Head, MOE Singapore

“

Ten minutes, and I had a clearer picture of where we stood than after three staff meetings about our ‘AI strategy’.
Mr Ali Azhah
School leader, Jordan

“

The scoring made it obvious we’d been treating this as one person’s job instead of something the whole school needed to own.
Mr Bryan Coulton
English Schools Foundation, Hong Kong

From the Common Core Bootcamp, UAE

“
It was a great opportunity to listen to you. AI has become a necessity in education, and I believe workshops like this are important in building a strong foundation for how to use it effectively.

Questions

Frequently asked

Something else on your mind? Email rosvinder@rosvinder.com or book a short call.
Yes, completely. Answer the questions, unlock your score with your email, and everything else (your full report, the Excel template, the LEARNERS framework and the free course) comes at no cost.
No. Answer all 10 questions first. We only ask for your first name, email, role, institution type and school at the very end, right before showing your results.
Each of the five pillars is scored out of 4 (Yes = 2, Maybe = 1, No = 0, two questions per pillar), for a total out of 20. 4/4 is Strong, 2–3 is Priority and 0–1 is Urgent priority.
That is the point of the audit. A low score is a clear starting point, not a bad result. Your report highlights your most urgent pillar so you know exactly where to focus first. Retake it any time to track progress.
No. You get your results email, then a short, useful follow-up, including the free course three days later. Unsubscribe from any email in one click.
No. The Audit Workshop and the LEARNERS framework are tool-agnostic. The session focuses on how your leadership team thinks about and governs AI, not on training anyone in one product.
None is required. The audit and the workshop run on your team’s own reflections and existing policies. No student or staff data is collected, uploaded or shared with any third-party tool.
Both. Sessions have run in person for a single school’s leadership team and as virtual bootcamps for educators joining from several countries. Tell us your preference and we tailor the format.
Every leader leaves with a completed AI readiness report and a shared set of next steps. If you want continued support turning that into a working plan, that is what 2027 Curriculum & Classroom and Sustain and Scale are for.
